Talk about past events
Pau: Hi, Bernat. Did you have a good weekend?
Bernat: It was OK. I bought a new game. I played it all weedent.
Pau: You played a video game all weekent?
Bernat: Yeah. What about you? What did you do?
Pau:  I went to to the match.
Bernat: That's cool. Was it good?
Pau: yeah. Why don't you come with us next time?
Bernat: OK. Why not?

Unit 7

Talk about a trip

Pau: Hi, Bernat. How was your trip?
Bernat: Grat, thanks. I visiting my grandad and then I traveled to Madrid.
Pau: Rally?. What wos Madrid like?
Bernat: It was cool. The Santiago Bernabeu stadium was amazing.
Pau: Only the stadium?
Bernat: No, there were a lot of things to do. My favourite place was the Museo del Prado.
Pau: Well, it's good to see you again.
Bernat: Yes, it's good to be back.

Pau: Some of us are meeting at the sprots centre if you want to come.

Pau: I'm practise every Monday, and in Agust I'm participate in a party in a nightclub.
Bernat: In a nighclub? cool! What do you do in it?
Pau: Well, I dance and I put songs. I'ts fun.
Bernat: I love house music. What about you, Marc? Do you like music?
Marc: I don't mind house music, but I hate dancing.

Unit 9

The weather
The weather is a very popular topic of conversation in Britain. That's because the weather changes a lot.
When the weather is good,people complain that it's too hot.
When it rains, they say it's too wet. When isn't sunny, they say it's too cold.
It's not surprising that Britain has got one of the most important weather centres in the world.

Unit 8

British peple read a lot.
They read books, newspapers and magazines. A quarter of the population reads more than 20 books each year.
The British Library is one of the world's greatest libraries. The Queen opened tis new building in 1998. It's got books of course, but also sound recording, music, maps, newspapers and mgazines. 
People predicted that radio,  then television, then the internet would kill reading, but it el still a very popular acivity and necessary.

Unit 7

Sports in Britain.
Millions of people take part in some kind of sporting activity. Half of all men over 16 regularly participate in sport.
The top level of the game is professional football in the Premierships. We went to a training sessions with a Premiership team from South East London, Charlton Athletic.
Cricket is the main summer sport in Britan. Local teams play in towns and villages every Saturday and Sunday from April to September.
Tennis is another popular sport, especially in the summer after the famous Wimbledon championships. There are tennis courts all over Britain.

Unit 6

People love animals.
In some parts of the world people collect rhino horn for use in medicine. Others carve ornaments for tourist from ivory from elephant tuscks. Another big problem is the destruction of the rainforests This is removing the habiltat of many animals, like these gorillas, birds and plants.
There are a number of projects in Britan which deal with endangered spacies. Here at Port Lympne Animal Park there are elephants, lions, African hunting dogs and many others.

Kylie Minogue

Kylie Mingoue is famous for her catchy, dance-pop music. She is the only female singer to have a number one UK album in four consecutive decades (1980s, 1990s, 2000s 2010s). Her new album is called Aphrodite. With hit singles like "All the Lovers" and "Get Wutta My Way", the new album is classic Kylie Minogue.

The Tourist
In this comedy-thriller, Johnny Depp plays Frank, an American tourist visiting Italy. A woman called Elise (Angelina Jolie) meets him on the train to Venice. She uses Frank to confuse the people who are looking for her ex-boyfriend, who is a fugitive. Frank and Elise are soon part of an exciting story of intrigue and danger in romantic Venice.

SALT
Angelina Jolie plays CIA agent Evelyn Salt in this action-thriller. Agent Salt has taken an oath to honour and protect her country. But her loyalty is tested when she is accused of being a Russian spy. Salt runs away to try and prove her innocence.
